Who you are buying from
Boma Sneakers is run by an individual sneaker reseller based in South Africa. We are not a registered company.
How to ask for a return
Reach us through the Contact us page with your order number, the pair and the reason. We will reply with the next steps.
Condition
Returned sneakers must be unworn and in the same condition they were sent in, with everything that came with them.
Wrong or damaged pair
If you receive the wrong pair or it arrives damaged, email us with photos as soon as possible after delivery and we will fix it with an exchange or a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned pair, we refund you using the same payment method you used to pay.
Your rights
This policy does not take away any of your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
